Bring your vision to life with a personalized journal created just for you. Book a Custom Journal Design to begin the creative process and receive your design preview within 7 business days. After submitting your custom journal form, your booking will serve as a consultation meeting where we review your responses and go over the details to confirm your vision before design begins. Your $10 design fee covers the creative time and design layout; it does not include the finished journal. You will receive up to three design drafts to review. After the third draft, if no approval is given, the project will be marked complete and no refund will be issued, as each design requires time, care, and creativity. Once your design is approved, an invoice will be sent for the journal’s final processing and delivery. If payment is not received, your design may be added to our public journal collection for purchase.
Cancellation Policy
How to Book Your Custom Journal Design To begin your custom journal, please book your consultation and complete the design fee payment by selecting an available date and time. Once your booking is confirmed, a Custom Journal Design Form will be sent to your email. You must complete the form before your scheduled consultation, as the meeting will be used to review your responses, confirm your design preferences, and ensure your journal is created according to your vision. Same-day bookings are allowed; however, the form must be completed prior to your scheduled meeting time. If the form is not completed before the consultation, your meeting may need to be rescheduled. Customers are responsible for scheduling their consultation within a reasonable timeframe. If we are unable to reach you after three contact attempts, a follow-up email will be sent. Failure to respond within 7 days of that email may result in the project being marked as complete. Your design fee covers the creation of up to three custom design drafts. After the third draft, if no approval is given, the design portion of the project will be considered complete and no refund will be issued. Once your design is approved, an invoice will be issued for the journal’s final production and delivery. Journal production will begin only after the final invoice has been paid. By submitting payment and completing the form, you agree to these terms and the custom design process outlined above.
